Hans has a M.S. in Analyticl Chemistry from Utrecht University in The Netherlands. After his study and his first job at a pharmaceutical company, Hans became a serial entrepreneur in 1995. Hans is founder of Icademy.nl, a Dutch online training company. 2 Years ago Hans was also one of the founders of HiHaHo Video Enrichment, an online tool to convert ordinary videos into interactive videos for learning.
Hans’s work is based on deep knowledge and extensive experience in the practical business application of behavioral psychology, neuroscience and especially common sense.
As a professional speaker, Hans was trained and coached by the best: Patricia Fripp and Darren Lacroix.

Why I do what I do
I've made some really good decisions, but unfortunately also some really bad ones. No matter good or bad, I used to take a very long time to come to a decision. It turned out that I'm a 'maximizer'. A maximizer keeps on researching his decision, resulting in procratination.
I wanted to find a solution for my 'decision making' problem. That's why I started to read books and scientific studies on how to make better decisions. In 2015 I decided to turn my passion into a 'job'. I love to help people succeed, I love to speak, I love to write. That's al coming together in my new role as 'Brain Tweaker'.
